In particular the Care Service can help take the load off staff with relatives needing care. They do need to be involved, but the worry and time off can be dramatically reduced. Employers could pay for the service for senior staff and just subsidise it for lower paid staff. Either way, it will be an enormous boon. Ask about the Grace scheme. Your staff will benefit.
We can even offer you a pre-paid funeral plan to keep in stock until a staff member or spouse dies.
